
High shear kettle
Use:
The glue liquid that has undergone the initial stirring reaction in the dissolving tank will be transported to the high shear kettle, and the glue and filler will be more meticulously mixed, crushed, dispersed, and emulsified to make finished glue.
Features:
The structure of the high shear kettle is divided into two parts: the drive and the kettle body. The kettle body is made of stainless steel, with jacket design, and hot water for heat preservation. There are three types of upper driving devices, namely anchor mixer, high-speed disperser and homogenizing emulsifier. At the same time, there is a filling port at the upper end.
A. Anchor mixer: Prevent precipitation and wall adhesion, increase mixing in the container.
B, high-speed disperser: disperse the filler put into the kettle, which is more conducive to the shear of the homogeneous emulsifier.
C. Homogeneous emulsifier: The material is sheared through the stator rotor, so that the filler is evenly dispersed into the glue, so that the glue can achieve the effect of emulsification and homogenization.
The high shear kettle used to fill the kettle with liquid, start the motor, and its shaft drives the turbine to rotate. At this time, the lower inlet of the stator forms an upward suction force to make the material enter the homogenizing head.
The material is subjected to high-speed impact, extrusion, shearing and friction for the first time in the homogenizing head. When the material is sprayed horizontally through the special holes of the stator, the material is subjected to a second high-speed impact, squeeze, and shear.
The horizontally sprayed material produces radial flow and axial movement in the homogenizer. At this time, the material is impacted for the third time. Due to the mutual impact and movement of the double-flow mode, the high-shear kettle will cross-mix and shear with the radial flow. The flow in the kettle produces a two-way hyperbolic large circulating vortex, avoiding the dead angle caused by the difficulty of inhaling the upper material, and the emulsification is more thorough and the efficiency is higher.
