1. Main performance characteristics:

2. Composition structure:

2.1. Paper feeding device

After the impregnated paper is unrolled by the uncoiler, it passes through the splicing machine, and the self-adhesive tape or adhesive can be heated and melted to join by heating when the paper is spliced. After the No. 1 feeding roller (driven by a variable-speed motor), it goes to the stocker, and the stocker serves as a storage paper when the paper breaks or joints during the gluing process. The paper output storage device enters the No. 2 feeding roller and the jumping roller after the printing machine, to dehumidify the paper, and strengthen the permeability and stably feed it into the impregnation device.

2.2. Impregnation device

Dipping device is the key part of the gluing machine. There are two types of dipping methods, namely single-sided dipping (used as the initial dipping for the first and second sizing) and double-sided dipping. Single-sided impregnation uses the different positions of its nearby tension roller to adjust the wrap angle between the paper and the primer roller, as well as the variable speed and forward and reverse directions of the primer roller to adjust the glue content of the primary resin. This single-sided impregnation method can effectively remove the air remaining in the paper fiber gap from a single direction (from bottom to top), and complete the exchange process of low-molecular resin and air in this space, achieving the purpose of improving permeability. The first dip (also known as primer) of the first gluing also adopts a single-sided gluing method, which allows the paper to pass through the timing roller after immersing a small part of the secondary resin, leaving a longer time to penetrate, and then enter Double-sided dipping tank, it helps to evenly soak the secondary glue resin. The dipping device includes dipping tank, single coating roll, timing roll and metering roll.

2.3 Measurement

The dipping material after single coating passes through a high-precision metering leg (extrusion), and the extrusion penetrates the fiber to ensure its uniform resin content, so the measurement is in the manufacturing accuracy, shape and position tolerance, and surface roughness. There are strict requirements for both the hardness wave and the hardness wave. In order to reduce the wear in use, the measurement should also have higher hardness, friction and foot rigidity. There are special structures and requirements for the adjustment of the bearing and related rooms. The two parallel-mounted squeezers in the gluing are the mechanism for making the glue content of the secondary tree of the gluing paper. The gap between the two pairs of silver can be moved down and mechanically, in order to glue the remaining resin on the legs in time. The back line is left, and the two sides of the opposite leg are equipped with high-abrasive copper scrapers. Some gluing machines also have a device to dilute the resin about 3~5mm at both ends of the glue paper.

2.4 Drying method

Drag drying method This method is a more primitive drying method. The impregnated paper is subject to large tension, the heating temperature of the coil is uneven, but the structure is simple. It is used in low-end products, as shown in Figure 343 (2) Air support method. Method During the drying process, the immersion paper is heated with an air cushion to reduce the stretching deformation. The tension is smaller than the previous one. However, the temperature of the oven is not easy to control, so generally low- and medium-grade products are used, and the manufacturing is easier, as shown in the figure. 34 (3) Air-supported floating method This method was introduced by Japan in 1985, and has been widely used in the manufacture of horizontal gluing machine drying boxes. This method impregnated paper is very small, if the speed control is appropriate , The tension can be zero, and the temperature is easy to control. It is an ideal drying method. Because the impregnated paper has no contact with the tuyere, it is air-supported floating. At present, several large domestic copper clad equipment manufacturing companies (Shanghai , Suzhou, Xi’an, etc.) all use this method. Internationally, Italy, Switzerland, West Germany, Japan and other countries also use this air support floating method, but the The design of the mouth is different.

2.5 Heating method of oven

(1) Steam heating Steam passes through a radiator, and it is more common to use hot air circulation heating. The thermal efficiency of this method is not high, and the temperature of the drying box can only reach about 165°C. Early domestic gluing machines and Japanese "shijin gluing machines" also used this method in the 1980s.

2) The principle of hot oil heating is the same as steam heating, but the heat source is different. This method has high thermal efficiency, and the temperature of the drying box can reach above 180°C. It has been widely used in the technical transformation of steam heating drying box recently. The drying box of the secondary gluing machine in Karachi, Switzerland in the 1990s is heated by hot oil. type.

(3) Hot air heating In contemporary industrial production, environmental protection requirements are becoming more and more stringent. The hot air heating method can increase the temperature of the drying oven, and the exhaust gas can be fully burned to use its heat. At present, this type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly drying has been applied at home and abroad. Dry box hot air heating method, as shown in Figure 346.

3. Equipment highlights
